Every plan includes facility care in a nursing home, residential care/assisted living facility and home health care. There is no particular order in which benefits are payable to every insured. After having selected and satisfying an initial waiting period (anywhere from 30 to 365 days) as well as satisfying a loss of 2 or more ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) due to a loss of functionality, all benefits would be payable to each insured.
